Times for returning the goods
The return of the goods must take place within 10 days of delivery of the order.
Return procedures are processed directly through the system in this order.
a. Return request via the website form. It may be necessary to add photos of the wrong garment (s).
b. Verification of the request by the quality department.
c. Approval of the request and issue of the e-mail with return acceptance code.
d. EsseDiTech will send the courier to collect the return.
e. Receipt of the package to our logistics.
g. Credit note or refund issued in the name of the customer.
Cost of returning products
EsseDiTech takes care of all return costs, making a request to collect the goods by courier on national and international territory.
Conditions for returning goods
To proceed with the return of the goods, the products must not have been used. The products must be returned with the appropriate protections, in their original packaging, in perfect condition (not damaged or soiled), with all accessories, instructions and documentation, with the identification tag and labels still attached. The refund of the amount paid by the buyer will be made only after verification of the integrity of the goods by EsseDiTech.
